Visional Systems is a small business marketplace designed to help small businesses access and manage capital. Everyone who uses our Sites is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We collect information about you directly from you.

• Full name, date of birth, demographic information (e.g., nationality, gender), signature, utility bills, photographs, phone number, home address, IP address, social security number, and/or email are examples of personal identification information.

• Formal Identification Information: Any government-issued identity document, such as a passport, driver’s license, national identity card, state identification card, tax ID number, passport number, driver’s license details, national identity card details, visa information, and/or any other information deemed necessary to comply with our legal obligations under financial, consumer protection, and commercial lending laws.

• Employer Identification Number (or comparable number issued by a government), proof of legal formation (e.g. Articles of Incorporation), and personal identification information for all material beneficial owners are all examples of institutional information.

• Financial Information: Bank account information, Tax return information, Federal and State Tax identification numbers, profit and loss statements, income statements, credit scores, business invoices, and wire instructions are all required.

• Transaction Information: Information about the transactions you conduct on our Services, such as the recipient’s name, your name, the amount, and/or the timestamp.

• Employment information includes office location, job title, and/or role description.

• Correspondence includes survey responses and information provided to our customer service or user research teams.

• Type of business, list of officers, members, or managers, articles of incorporation, certificates of good standing, and ownership structure are all examples of business information. To fulfill our service obligations to you, you grant Visional Systems permission to share any and all information provided to or obtained by Visional Systems on your behalf with lenders, with other businesses who may require this information to fulfill Visional Systems’s services, for Visional Systems’s business purposes, or to meet regulatory or other legal requirements. We will not, under any circumstances, disclose, transmit, or share these documents without your permission, unless required to do so by law or regulation.

For a variety of reasons, we collect information about your computer’s interactions with our Sites.

4. Advertising Networks and Analytics Service Providers: We collaborate with these providers to obtain de-identified information about how you found our Sites and how you interact with them. This information may be gathered prior to the creation of an account.

5. Providers of Third-Party Services: Customers of Visional Systems who use certain of our products are subject to third-party privacy policies.

 

2.4 Data Anonymization and Data Aggregation

We may use anonymized and aggregated data for any business purpose.

Anonymization is a data processing technique that removes or modifies personal information so that it can no longer be linked to a specific person. • Log files: When you visit one of our Sites, our servers automatically collect information from your browser (such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and a number of clicks) in order to analyze trends, administer the site, prevent fraud, track visitor movement in aggregate, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are recorded in order to track a user’s session. This helps us understand which parts of our website users are visiting. We do not share the log files with anyone else.

4. How Your Information Is Used

We use your information for a number of purposes, all of which benefit Visional Systems’s Sites and Services.

We process your personal information in order to provide you with Visional Systems services. For example, if you want to seek business financing from one of our financing partners, we’ll need information like your identification, contact information, and income. We cannot provide you with services unless you provide us with this information.

• To provide Service communications: We send you administrative or account-related information to keep you up to date on our Services, to notify you of relevant security issues or updates, or to provide other transaction-related information. Without such communications, you may be unaware of important account developments that may affect how you use our Services. Lenders and/or brokers.

By registering for our services or submitting a request for a business loan product or service as described on the sites, you indicate your willingness to proceed and that you consent, acknowledge, and agree to the disclosure of your information to lenders and/or brokers in our network. We will not run a credit check without your permission. Please be aware that the lenders, brokers, and/or other service providers with whom you are matched and who receive your information may keep your information even if you do not enter into an agreement for their products or services. Please contact each of these parties directly to inquire about their privacy and information policies. In addition, if you enter into an agreement with a lender, broker, or another service provider through the Visional Systems service and change the information you provided to us, we may share the updated information with such lenders, brokers, and/or service providers.

We will share your information with third-party service providers with whom you are matched after you complete a profile on the site and fill out the entirety of the application. Our partner’s page contains a list of those companies. By accepting the Terms of Service, you agree to receive marketing materials from third parties we trust, such as potential lenders and service providers. We are not liable for the content or actions of third-party websites. Your information may also be shared with third-party contractors who provide Visional Systems with services and are subject to this privacy policy. Such third parties will treat your information as private and confidential, and it will not be used for any purpose other than what you authorize. 6. Updating, Accessing, Retaining, And Deleting Your Information

You can deactivate your account if you no longer want to use it. When you deactivate an account, your information is not sent to any additional lenders, brokers, or other third parties, but it is not deleted. By deactivating your account, you will be able to restore the entire account.

In certain circumstances, you may delete your Visional Systems account by submitting a deletion request to Visional Systems. Visional Systems is legally required to keep the information in your account in certain circumstances. Visional Systems will deactivate your account, opt you out of all communications, and disable your access to the account in these circumstances.

If Visional Systems is able to comply with your request to delete your account, the data you provide to Visional Systems will be retained in a commercially reasonable manner and in accordance with applicable lending laws. Visional Systems will not share your information after your account is deleted, and will only use your data for internal research and Visional Systems marketing. Visional Systems will keep data for a commercially reasonable period of time, as determined by Visional Systems in accordance with applicable law.

We securely store your personal information for the duration of your Visional Systems Account. We will only keep your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, such as meeting any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations or resolving disputes. While retention requirements vary by jurisdiction, we have provided information about our typical retention periods for various aspects of your personal information below.

Personal information collected to meet our legal obligations under financial, consumer protection, and commercial credit laws may be retained after account closure for as long as such laws require.

Contact For marketing purposes, information such as your name, email address, and phone number are kept on file until you unsubscribe. Following that, we will add your information to our suppression list to ensure that we do not market to you inadvertently.
